I am beginning to think that some consumers in the United States of America cannot spend money on necessities without depending on banks for loans. Even though the current GDP level of the U.S. is not overly low as compared to the ones possessed by undeveloped countries, there are still Americans who can’t spend money on gas via utilizing loans or credit cards. Americans cannot save money by applying for credit cards and loans all the time. If Europeans cannot apply for credit cards without experiencing debts, then would Americans be different? Improving your standard of living does not require you to own credit cards.

  1. Americans need to avoid planning to live spendthrift lifestyles or else they will suffer as the country is adopting a tolerance towards socialism.
  2. Consumers can’t spend capital they do not own and expect lenders (banks) to avoid damaging their credit scores. Bankruptcy cannot be dodged by a consumer who wants to spend his money on unnecessary products without thinking wisely.
